All our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition.

All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address, then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.

Octroi & Entry tax if applicable as per the local laws in the delivery location shall be borne by the customer.

Banashri orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will inform you regarding possible delays, if any.

ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.

Shipping within India:

Banashri offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping/ Cash-handling charges of ₹69 are applicable for all COD orders within India.
